In General, the Cancellation & Refund Policy for Hotels is as follows:
- More than 24 hours before check-in date: FREE CANCELLATION
- 0-24 hours before check-in date: 1 night cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- In case of no show: Entire booking cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be credited within 5-7 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.
Cancellation policies can vary seasonally or depending on the hotel or room type. You can review the specific policy for the hotel you selected during the reservation process.

- Payment mode used for transaction
- Registered Contact Number
- Email address
- HotelBids reference# and Hotel confirmation #
- Reason of Cancellation
Hours of Operation:
10am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
Your request will be processed and if it complies with the cancellation policies for the reserved service we will refund the corresponding amount to your Bank Account.
